Webinova is one platform with six products behind a shared login and Midtrans payments. Webinova-Q runs SNBT and TKA exam tryouts with an Item Response Theory scoring engine. Webinova Split divides trip expenses between friends. Webinova Money is a gamified finance tracker with an RPG and gacha-card mechanic and a Telegram integration. Webinova Modalitas is a learning-style test with a printable certificate and a freemium tier. Webinova DocuGen is an AI generator of semester learning plans (RPS) for lecturers, and KurikulumGen sits beside it.

The backend is a Flask API on Firestore: 18,000+ lines of Python and 130+ routes. Webinova-Q alone has timed, server-validated exam sessions, per-session seat limits, weekly exam cycles and a gamified reward system of cards, missions and seasonal events.

To see what it does under load I wrote a stress-test tool and ran 50 simulated concurrent students, about ten times harder than real use: 0 errors, and the 51st student was correctly refused. It also found a seat-counting bug that let an extra student in under load, which I fixed with per-student writes. Tuning gunicorn to 8 threads and moving hosting to Singapore cut booking time from 7.4 s to 0.5 s.

Operations are Telegram error alerts with rate limiting, 39 automated tests, and question images served from a self-hosted Ubuntu server through a Cloudflare Tunnel CDN. AI jobs run on that server through a Firestore-backed queue with an OpenRouter model fallback chain, which keeps them off paid cloud compute. That covers the RPS generator and an AI question reviewer where the AI only suggests and a human decides. I also audited the platform (server-side input validation, access control, exam-timer tampering) and fixed the critical findings.
